Welcome to Lot 2 Wellington Estates. Build your dream home on this oversized 2.93-acre Lake Keowee waterfront lot, offering 272 feet of shoreline and a gently sloping homesite in a peaceful, private and upscale neighborhood. With just one road in and out, this setting provides a quiet retreat while still offering convenient access to all that Lake Keowee has to offer. The property features a covered dock already in place and is tucked into a deep-water cove (Approximately 11-12\u0027 of water depth at back of dock at full pond), making it ideal for boating, swimming, fishing, and enjoying the lake year-round. The gently sloping terrain offers an excellent opportunity to create a home that takes full advantage of the waterfront setting and will provide a higher level of privacy than your typical, smaller, waterfront lot size. With lighter building restrictions, and a 2,000-square-foot minimum, you have the flexibility to design a home that fits your lifestyle while protecting the character of the community. Wellington Estates is less than 3 miles by road and 2 coves by boat to Crooked Creek RV park/boat ramp and marine gas station.
